• Only return your product after contacting us first. Please follow the RETURN PROCESS steps below.

• U.S. and territories returns only.

• Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

• The product must be returned in its original condition, including the original intact tags, packaging, and liners, all unused and undamaged. Worn, washed, or otherwise used products will not be accepted.

• NON-QUALIFYING RETURNS – Returns that show ANY signs of wear, including but not limited to damages, scents, or alterations will NOT be accepted and will be discarded.

• The refunds amount will be a credit to its original payment method or as a store credit to be used on our website or in our store. 

• Packages that arrive COD will be denied.

• Items on SALE cannot be returned.

Step 1:

• Contact us through our website or send us an email to hello@shopmarlen.com.  Please include the following information:
  • Original order number
  • Item number, color code, and size you want to return
  • Reason for return

Step2:

• Allow 3-5 business days for our response
• We will provide a return confirmation and shipping labels for returns. Please print and include in your package.

Step 3:

• Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days to process your return and receive your refund.
